Umpqua Triangle Oysters is a local oyster farm and seafood market in Winchester Bay, growing some of the sweetest oysters in the Pacific Northwest. Raised on suspended long lines in the protected waters where the Umpqua River meets the Pacific, their oysters stay submerged in clean, cold water and never touch the bay floor, creating a fresh, firm and clean-tasting oyster.
